I had the opportunity to work with Monique as my agent buying a condo in downtown Palo Alto. She exudes happiness and energy, which reflects both in her personal interactions and in the thoroughness of her work. Monique and her team are absolutely amazing! They really went above and beyond what I had expected, ensuring a smooth buying process from the beginning up until I got my keys (and even afterwards!).

First of all, Monique works fast. I got in touch with her on a Saturday evening, after visiting the open house of a property that I was really interested in. By Sunday morning, she had gotten all the disclosures from the selling agent, and Sunday afternoon, we were back at the property to check it out again. She was informed by the selling agent that they were taking offers up until the next day only, and so she worked closely with my loan agent to make sure that our offer would be ready on time. She did everything she could to make our offer super competitive, talking to the selling agent to try and figure out what the sellers were looking for, and even delivering the offer in person. Thanks to Monique, our offer was accepted, just a little over 48 hours after first viewing the property. Whew!

Monique also gave very good advice. As a first-time home buyer, I was a little anxious about the whole process, and Monique was really a big help. She helped me figure out which issues were red flags and which ones were minor, and she also pointed out important things about the property that I otherwise would have missed. She made sure to guide me and keep me informed every step of the way, and she took care of coordinating with my bank. As a result, the entire buying process went super smoothly, and we were even able to close a week early.
